Making your application
Keep your receipt
The tear off slip at the bottom of the back page of your application form
is your receipt.
Your CAO number
Your CAO number is your personal reference number and is important.
Make sure to keep a record of it – you will need it to make payment and
when contacting the CAO or any of the institutions listed in this handbook.
Your CAO number is printed on the application form. Each form has a
different number – do
NOT
use a form photocopied from someone else.
6
If you apply through the internet or download an application form,
your CAO number will appear on the screen.
Pay the application fee
Make sure your application fee is paid in full on or before the published
closing dates of the programme/s you apply for. Don’t give it to someone
who promises to give it to us, as your application will be late if the money
does not reach us in time.
Use your CAO number as the reference number when making
payment to avoid delays in processing your application.
If we do not receive your payment, or if your cheque or credit
card is not honoured by the bank, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT
BE PROCESSED. Costs of returned cheques will be passed on to the
applicant.
To contact us about payment queries or to send proof of payment
when requested, fax 086 622 8817 or email
