7. Making your application
Online application and downloadable
application form
You can apply online or print a form from the
website
www.cao.ac.za
by selecting
‘Apply'
. After
completing some personal details, you will be given
the option of continuing with the online application OR
printing a form.
Online applicants are required
to answer the same questions –
make sure that you have the answers
at hand before you start completing
the online form.
Watch out for error messages. You can check
on
‘My Application’
to confirm that your
details have been submitted to us correctly.
When you are using the internet, ideally
Think of the application form as an investment.You want to get
a great deal out of it, so it is worth putting effort into it. Apply
early. Early applications have more chance of being considered.
Don’t wait until you have your Grade 12 results.The CAO accepts
applications fromMarch for entry in the following year.The form
asks for a lot of information and some questions may not apply
to you. Please provide us with as much information as you can.
Ensure you click on ‘Process My Application’
once you have checked your information.
